Dental Crowns And Bridges

Crowns

A custom-made cap that fits over a damaged or weakened tooth to restore its shape, strength, and appearance. Crowns are commonly used to protect cracked teeth, support teeth with large fillings, following root canal therapy or cover a dental implant. They’re designed to look and feel like your natural teeth, helping you chew comfortably and smile confidently.

Bridges

A dental bridge is a fixed dental restoration used to replace one or more missing teeth by literally “bridging” the gap between two remaining teeth or dental implants. They help restore function (like chewing and speaking), maintain facial shape, prevent remaining teeth from shifting, and improve the appearance of your smile. It typically consists of:

Pontics: the false teeth that fill the gap.

Abutments: the natural teeth or implants on either side of the gap that support the bridge.
