Front Office Staff

Ann Ruchelman - Insurance Coordinator

Ann has worked for the office as our insurance coordinator since 2014, she previously worked for Stafford County Schools. She is originally from New Jersey but has lived in Fredericksburg since 2002. She has two children, her daughter Sam graduated from JMU (Go Dukes!) in 2019 and her son Dean is a manager for a locally-owned small business in Stafford. In her spare time she enjoys sewing and gardening.

Ginni Sperry - Practice Manager 

Ginni has been our Practice Manager since 2001, and has been a member of AADOM, a professional organization for office managers, for the last seven years. She and her husband moved to Spotsylvania County from northern Virginia about 25 years ago because they were looking for a more rural setting to raise a family and they love it! Together they have two daughters, Jordon who currently lives in Florida, and Sophie who is currently a senior at VCU (Go Rams!).

Amy Huffman - Patient Coordinator 

Amy has worked for our office since 2017, helping manage the doctor and hygiene schedules. She was born and raised in Spotsylvania County. She loves to spend her spare time with her two daughters, Kylie-Jade and Jayme. She also enjoys kayaking and lounging by the pool with a good book. 

Jaylinne Rivas - Hygiene Coordinator
